This New Year’s Eve, Murray’s is honored to collaborate with James Beard–nominated Chef Jamie Malone, founder of Paris Dining Club and one of Minnesota’s most celebrated culinary voices. Known for her refined French technique, artistic sensibility, and unwavering dedication to hospitality, Chef Malone brings a distinctive elegance to this one-night-only experience.
Together, we’re creating a menu that blends Paris Dining Club’s expressive, French-forward style with Murray’s timeless steakhouse tradition—an evening rooted in classic cuisine, warm hospitality, and shared respect for tradition.
The Apollo Trio
For New Year’s Eve, we’ll be joined by The Apollo Trio, performing as a four-piece band for this special evening. Known for their clean, modern approach to classic jazz and lounge standards, they bring a warm, polished energy that pairs seamlessly with the Murray’s × Paris Dining Club experience.
Their set will feature an elevated mix of timeless favorites and contemporary selections — the kind of music that complements great food, thoughtful cocktails, and a celebratory atmosphere without overwhelming the room.
